HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept all major debit cards and credit cards, such as Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro and American Express.
In selected European countries you can pay with Klarna, Giropay, Bancontact, iDEAL, SOFORT, Belfius Direct Net, KBC/CBC, PostePay, eps-Uberweisung and Przelewy24.
You can also pay with PayPal and Maniere De Voir Gift Card.
All transactions are processed via Mollie Payments, PayPal or Klarna, and are encrypted for your safety.
All payments must be made before your order is shipped to you. We work closely with Verified by Visa & MasterCard SecureCode to provide you with a safer shopping experience when using your card online.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally.
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.
HOW TO RETURN
You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 28 days from the delivery date. You are responsible for the cost of your returns and can pay for your returns label via our returns portal.
We offer refunds to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 28 days from the date of delivery. You must notify of us your return within 14 days from the date of your delivery by registering this on our returns portal. We also offer exchanges, you can request an exchange for a different size of a product. *All exchange requests are processed subject to stock. If the item is unavailable you will be automatically refunded in line with our returns policy.
This policy applies for all payment methods including Buy Now & Pay Later payment methods.
Returns must adhere to the following:
- In original packaging
- No signs of wash/wear
- Tags must not be damaged or removed
- No stains/hairs/odours
- Underwear and swimwear must have hygiene seal intact
We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.
FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO MAKE YOUR RETURN
Visit our returns portal (https://manieredevoir.intelligentreturns.net/main/landing) or scan the QR code on your returns card included in your parcel
You’ll need the following info to register your return:
- Order number (you can find this on your invoice included in your parcel or on your order confirmation)
- E-mail address
- Shipping address
How to register your return:
- Enter your order number AND postcode OR e-mail OR phone number
- Select which item(s) you are returning and why.
- If you are selecting an exchange remember to add the new size, you require. Note: if the new size requested is out of stock you will be automatically refunded.
- Confirm your original personal and delivery info (amend if needed)
- Select your preferred returns method & complete your payment for your returns label.
- Download and print your returns label and returns form. Remember to place this card and your printed returns form in your parcel when you ship your return.
Once you can see your return has reached our warehouse please allow up to 7 working days for this to be confirmed via e-mail.
Please keep your proof of postage safe until your return reaches us.
RETURNS ARE NOT FREE
We are not offering free returns and it is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us.
I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY DELIVERED PARCEL
In the unlikely occurrence you have received an incorrect item, a faulty item or something is missing from your order please email our customer service team at contact@manieredevoir.com and one of our Customer Service Specialists will assist you.
PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO MANIERE DE VOIR
If your tracking shows your parcel has been "returned to sender" this is most likely due to an address issue. If this occurs please contact our customer service team at contact@manieredevoir.com and one of our Customer Service Specialists will assist you.
DO YOU ISSUE REFUNDS?
We offer refunds to your original payment method on items returned to us within 28 days from the date of your delivery.Please note - You must notify us of your return via our returns portal within 14 days from the date of delivery to receive a full refund back to your original payment method.
EU RETURNS INCENTIVE
If you need to make a return from the following countries you can do so via our returns portal.
- France, Ireland and Germany eligible for a £15 code
- Belgium, Austria, Spain Balearics, Denmark, Sweden, Spain ,Netherlands and Italy eligible for £25 code
You will be eligible to receive the discount code detailed above once you have registered your return and dropped this with the courier. You can then use your code on a future purchase. Details of how this works are below:
